Dave is LTL’s chief pilot. He has worked for the company for over 26 years as both Production and latterly Quality Manager. Dave acts under the direct authority if the Head of Design Organization to maintain compliance with the company’s EASA Part 21 J approval. He is also responsible for monitoring the LTL quality system to ensure the ongoing compliance with EASA 21 J. He holds BBAC Category C inspector for airships and gas balloons. He is a Civil Aviation Authority approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
