Dave started working for the company in February 2000 in Production and has perfected the skills and techniques required in many of Lindstrand’s manufacturing processes. Over the years he has moved up the ranks becoming Assistant Supervisor in 2007. His appointment as Production Manager comes after gaining a wealth of experience working on the shop floor for the past 11 years.
