Lee Barnfield
Senior Design and Airworthiness Engineer

Lee has graduated from Loughborough University with BEng (Hons) degree in product design and manufacture. He joined Lindstrand Technologies in 1999, and since then designed over 50 inflatable projects, including IFAI award winning Audio Visual Dome.   Lee took part in design and certification of an EASA certified tethered balloon (HiFlyer), and in company’s installations around the world (USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa). Lee’s qualifications also include stage one of the Chartered Engineer section of the Engineering Council Register and associate membership of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
