The Delhi Aerostat is the worlds largest Helium filled Aerostat.
It was manufactured in 2009 by Lindstrand Technologies for the opening ceremony of the 2010 commonwealth games, in Delhi India.

The Aerostat’s exterior coating was finished in order to provide a hi-definition background for laser projections, and the payload was laden with mirrors, lights and other reflectors to help bring the show to life, and contained 5km of electrical cables…
